My Heroine

It occurred to me the other day that I still hadn't really done a nice finished piece for Tien and Solah. Well, I did do one many years ago, but... yeah. That one doesn't count anymore since it's old and "mnehhh" now. I have drawn Solah all dolled up once before, too. But that one is also filed under "old and "mnehhh"" now.

So, I did something more nicely finished! Tien's expression looked stronger in just pencils, though. Ah, well. Ya always lose something through the coloring stages. But other than that I'm quite pleased with this one. Simple, but I like it. Tried sticking to cooler colors on this one, too. I rather like the effect.

Kind of a dumb title, but I couldn't think of anything better. Who is whose heroine? Both are to each other, of course.
Interesting note, though: Solah is the rock in their relationship. Those of you who know Tien know that she's no pushover, but if one were to crumble first, it'd be Tien. Solah is rock steady; she's built up a very tough outer shell out of necessity because of...reasons that will be discussed post Grey Eyes.
