My second entry for the contest!

I decided to do a really obscure, but totally wicked villainess. Saleen! She was a villain on the old Aladdin TV show. She was extra cool because she got two episodes.
The first episode she was in was Elemental My Dear Jasmine (YouTube it!). I don't recall the title for her second one, though. Saleen turns Aladdin into a shark, though.

I've actually drawn Saleen once before. ...it's still in my gallery, I think. But I ain't gonna link you to it. XD

Anyway, the octopus is Armand. He's her hairstylist/sidekick~
...He also did Jasmine's hair. Heheheh.
