Fire Dragon

The first of six dragon commissions for
I'm really excited about these commissions, ~jcheekda has basically given me free reign over these guys, so I get to do lots of fun design work.

This one is the fire dragon. Doing a fire dragon can run into cliches really quick and easy. Hopefully mine isn't too predictable looking, but still recognizable as a fire guy. Went for a sleek and somewhat twisty look for him, but with plenty of sparky effects. Kept with a nice orange-y pallet, but with some touches of blue. You know, fiery.

All in all I'm very pleased with this one! I had lots of fun with him (or her--you never know! Could be a she-dragon).
